Job Title: Associate Creative Director (Design)

Reports to-Creative Director

Location: Andheri East Mumbai

Job Summary:

The Associate Creative Director (Design) will oversee design strategy, lead designers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. You&aposll drive creative vision, develop design concepts, and ensure design quality.

Responsibilities:

- Lead design teams on multiple projects

- Develop and execute design strategies

- Collaborate with copywriters, art directors, and other stakeholders

- Present design concepts to clients or internal teams

- Ensure design quality and consistency

- Mentor and guide junior designers

- Stay updated on design trends and industry developments

Requirements:

- 7+ years of design experience (agency or in-house)

- Portfolio showcasing creative design solutions

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)

- Experience with design systems and accessibility

- Bachelor&aposs degree in Design or related field
