Job Description Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Stakeholder Coordination - Liaise with partner institutes and organizations to ensure seamless program delivery and engagement. - Support the onboarding of partners and beneficiaries on the WF platform. Program Tracking & Reporting - Prepare and share weekly progress reports and presentations on program status using Excel and PowerPoint. Milestone & Assessment Management - Track and ensure timely completion of assessments and milestone submissions by participants. - Coordinate with facilitators for timely evaluations on the WF platform. Scheduling & Communication - Send calendar invites and coordinate meetings, including mentormentee connects. - Schedule and track idea scouting sessions for potential ventures. Record Keeping - Maintain accurate internal documentation and reports for all ongoing and new programs. Content Sharing - Create and post program-related updates through WF social media handles (as applicable). Meeting Support - Attend key online meetings, take notes, and assist with follow-up actions.
