Location Sonipat Haryana Nearby Location only Prefered Salary Range 30 000 - 45 000 Negotiable based on experience Experience 3 - 6 Years in Quick Commerce E-grocery FMCG Operations About the Role We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in Quick Commerce platforms such as Blinkit The candidate will be responsible for managing inventory order fulfillment vendor coordination and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in alignment with company goals Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end quick commerce operations including inventory planning stock availability and timely order fulfillment Coordinate with Blinkit and other aggregator platforms to maximize product visibility sales and customer reach Oversee warehouse store-level operations including inwarding dispatch and returns Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure continuous stock availability Analyze sales trends demand forecasting and consumer buying patterns for effective stock management Track performance metrics such as order accuracy TAT Turnaround Time and OTIF On-Time In-Full delivery Work closely with the accounts and finance team for reconciliation of sales and payments from platforms Implement process improvements to optimize operations and reduce costs Requirements Proven experience 3-6 years with Quick Commerce platforms Blinkit Strong knowledge of inventory supply chain management Hands-on experience with aggregator dashboards seller panels Good communication negotiation and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment Proficiency in Excel MIS reporting and basic ERP Tally will be an advantage Benefits Competitive salary package Career growth opportunities in a fast-scaling business Exposure to leading quick commerce platforms and FMCG distribution Job Type Full-time Pay 35 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Benefits Paid time off Application Question s Do you have experienced with Blinkit Background Work Location In person
