Let us build this, together Responsibilities: - Responsible for helping teams manage programmatic campaigns end to end including setup, optimizations & reporting - Design and deliver structured training programs (beginner to advanced) and work with capability team on innovation projects - Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires and upskilling sessions for existing employees - Develop platform-specific and cross-channel learning paths aligned to business goals - Partner with Capability Leads and Ops Managers to identify training needs, skill gaps, and certification requirements - Track progress and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance improvement - Conduct live workshops, certification bootcamps and simulation-based learning - Create, maintain, and update training materials, playbooks and SOPs - Drive adoption of best practices, tools, and automation frameworks across campaign planning, execution, and reporting - Contribute to career pathing initiatives by mapping competencies with learning interventions. Qualifications: - A full-time graduate degree (Mandatory) - 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in managing programmatic campaigns for large clients. - Proven experience in training, coaching, or mentoring within an agency or corporate setting, will be a plus - Expert level knowledge of digital programmatic buying with hands-on experience using demand-side platforms. DV360/TTD/Amazon DSP experience is preferred. - Working knowledge of the holistic digital landscape: video, display, social, programmatic, and marketing analytics - Able to proficiently describe all possible KPIs and how they fit into the customer journey. - Comfortable thinking strategically and analysing performance in a continually evolving, dynamic environment. - Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint, with demonstrated ability to organize and consolidate multiple data sources for analysis.
