Role Description This is a full-time in office role for a Senior Accountant, located in Ahmedabad. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing and analyzing financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing accounting operations, preparing budgets, financial forecasting, and conducting risk management. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with the finance team, providing financial insights, and supporting audits. Core Responsibilities - Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping and ensure accurate entries in Tally (with cost centres). - Prepare Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements. - Manage GST, TDS, and Income Tax filings and reconciliations. - Handle LLP, MSME, and MCA compliances. - Coordinate internal and statutory audits. - Oversee cash flow, budgeting, vendor/client payments, and prepare MIS reports. Key Skills - Strong command over Tally Prime / ERP 9 & Advanced Excel - Understanding of Ind-AS / IGAAP, GST portal, TRACES, and MCA filings. - Excellent accuracy, organization, and communication skills. Qualifications - B.Com / M.Com (mandatory). - CA Inter / CMA Inter (preferred). - Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in SME/LLP/Infrastructure/Project-based firms.
