Job Description The Role Job Summary Tax Support Expert is one who understand the Tax Filing of Direct and Indirect taxes and assist KDK Customers in their queries pertaining to Tax filing or software technical problem. Under this, customer's issues could be related to the KDK applications used by him like Income tax, TDS, GST, or any other Tax compliance application. As a Tax Support Expert, you are required to provide support to these customers on Functional and Technical issues and help them to resolve their query Ideal Profile - You have at least 1 year experience within a Corporate Tax role, ideally within the Software / SaaS industry. - You have working knowledge of tax knowladge - You are a strong networker & relationship builder - You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems - You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders What's on Offer - Opportunity within a company with a solid track record of performance - Work alongside & learn from best in class talent - Join a market leader within Software / SaaS
