Company Description WNS Holdings Limited NYSE WNS is a leading Business Process Management BPM company We combine our deep industry knowledge with technology and analytics expertise to co-create innovative digital-led transformational solutions with clients across 10 industries We enable businesses in Travel Insurance Banking and Financial Services Manufacturing Retail and Consumer Packaged Goods Shipping and Logistics Healthcare and Utilities to re-imagine their digital future and transform their outcomes with operational excellence We deliver an entire spectrum of BPM services in finance and accounting procurement customer interaction services and human resources leveraging collaborative models that are tailored to address the unique business challenges of each client We co-create and execute the future vision of 400 clients with the help of our 44 000 employees Lead the training function for international ticketing group bookings and email support processes Act as a Subject Matter Expert SME in ticketing to design and deliver effective training programs Conduct onboarding and upskilling sessions for L2 - Complex itinerary trained resources Collaborate with operations and quality teams to identify training needs and close skill gaps Develop and maintain training materials SOPs and process documentation Monitor training effectiveness through assessments feedback and performance tracking Facilitate refresher courses and process updates in alignment with client and business requirements Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Corporate Travel training with hands-on experience in at least one GDS e g Amadeus Sabre Strong facilitation and presentation skills confident in leading virtual and in-person training sessions Excellent command of spoken and written English Proficient in creating training decks manuals and performance reports using Excel and presentation tools Strong analytical skills to assess training impact and identify improvement areas Ability to manage conflicts and provide constructive feedback to learners Qualifications Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Corporate Travel training with hands-on experience in at least one GDS e g Amadeus Sabre
