The role involves working closely with private clients to develop personalized investment strategies, analyzing financial data, and providing sound financial advice to help achieve their goals. The professional will contribute to business development activities, deliver investment training materials, and ensure compliance with industry standards and client objectives. Effective communication with clients and maintaining long-term relationships will be a key aspect of the role. Roles & Responsibilities 1. Accountable for achieving monthly & annual sales targets, as agreed. 2. Ensure proper implementation & execution of relationship management & investment advisory strategies. 3. Ensure proper sales spread between products. 4. Aim to balance NTB (New to Bank customers) with increase penetration of existing customers to deepen the wallet share. 5. Drive and deliver a radical improvement in customer service in the local market through dynamic service leadership and the implementation of customer service strategy. 6. Ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction. Interact with new customers to detail & explain all features & functions of products & assist in on boarding of customers. Ensure service levels are constantly improving. 7. Meet Customer Migration targets. Qualifications - Strong Communication skills for client interactions, relationship building, and conveying complex financial information clearly. - Sound knowledge and expertise in Finance, Accounting, and investment analysis to create customized financial strategies. - Ability to conduct professional Training around investment processes and strategies as needed. - Experience in Business Development focused on growing client portfolios and identifying new opportunities. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address client-specific financial needs. - A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. - Relevant certifications, such as CFA or CPA, are a plus. - Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
