Job Title: Sr Salesforce Consultant/lead/Architect

Location: Noida (Sector 63) - Hybrid

Production Support/Enhancement/Architecture exp is needed.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Lead/Architect to lead the design and implementation of end-to-end Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise, strong leadership abilities, and a strategic mindset to translate business requirements into scalable and secure Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead architecture and design sessions, provide solution options, and recommend optimal Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals.
- Should be able to come up with SOW for Salesforce Project.
- Propose budget and resource plan.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution architecture.
- Design scalable and reusable components and integrations using Salesforce best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, admins, and third-party vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead governance, standards, and best practices adoption across Salesforce development and administration.
- Guide development teams and perform code/design reviews to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
- Manage data model design, security model, and system integrations with other enterprise systems.
- Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, releases, and ecosystem trends.

Required Qualifications:

- 12+ years of experience in Salesforce implementation, including at least 3 years as a Solution Architect.
- Proven experience with Sales Cloud and Salesforce Platform.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including Lightning Components, Apex, Visualforce, and APIs (REST/SOAP).
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using middleware tools like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce security, sharing rules, and role hierarchy.
- Hands-on experience with data migration and ETL tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect, Platform Developer II, or Sales Cloud Consultant.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- Industry-specific knowledge (e.g. Utilities) is a plus.
