Job Description Description We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities - Provide direct patient care and support to patients and their families. - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. - Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical history. - Assist in medical procedures and examinations as required. - Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. - Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient care. - Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness. - Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures. Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent nursing degree. - Registered Nurse (RN) license in India. - Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Knowledge of patient care standards and protocols. - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred. - Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
