Site Supervisor

Job Summary The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing construction activities on-site ensuring work is completed safely on time within budget and to the required quality standards This role acts as the main point of contact between workers subcontractors and project managers maintaining efficient operations and compliance with all relevant regulations Key Responsibilities Supervise daily on-site operations and ensure project milestones are met Coordinate and manage workers subcontractors and materials Enforce health and safety protocols conducting regular safety inspections Monitor project progress and report updates to the project manager Ensure all work complies with building codes regulations and quality standards Resolve issues or conflicts on-site promptly and effectively Maintain accurate site records including timesheets inspections and delivery logs Assist with planning work schedules and resource allocation Communicate effectively with clients engineers architects and other stakeholders Requirements Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in construction or site management Strong knowledge of construction procedures materials and safety standards Excellent organizational and leadership skills Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints Strong communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent a degree or diploma in construction management or related field is an advantage Valid driver s license if required for site visits Work Conditions Primarily on-site role may require travel between sites Exposure to outdoor elements and construction-related hazards May involve overtime or weekend work depending on project timelines Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 10 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
