This is an individual contributor role focusing on sales and account management, not team handling. Role: Inside Sales Manager Key Responsibilities: Channel Acquisition - Identify, engage, and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach. - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential partners through networking and outreach. - Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns that attract high-quality channel partners. Program Sales - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed program sales targets. - Work with product and marketing teams to position offerings effectively. - Analyze market trends and customer needs to drive program expansion. Client Engagement - Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met. - Collaborate with customer success for smooth onboarding and retention. - Gather and analyze client feedback to improve products and services.
