Hello Candidate We are looking for a candidate for Business Development Sr Salas Executive profile for one of IT Company based in Gandhinagar Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy Development Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for acquiring new customers and expanding existing business opportunities Team Leadership Development Lead mentor and support a high-performing sales team ensuring they meet or exceed sales goals Conduct regular performance reviews provide coaching and ensure continuous professional development Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects understanding their business needs and presenting tailored IT solutions Sales Target Achievement Meet or exceed sales revenue targets and KPIs through strategic sales planning pipeline management and proactive client engagement Market Product Knowledge Stay up-to-date with industry trends competitor offerings and our product portfolio to effectively sell and position solutions to clients Lead Generation Business Development Identify new business opportunities and lead generation strategies attending industry events and conferences and leveraging digital channels to attract leads Sales Presentations Proposals Prepare and present compelling sales presentations and proposals effectively communicating the value proposition of our company s solutions Sales Forecasting Reporting Monitor sales performance track key metrics and report regularly on sales progress forecasts and pipeline health to senior management Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams Collaborate with marketing product development and customer success teams to ensure customer satisfaction and to drive new business opportunities Contract Negotiation Lead contract negotiations including pricing discussions terms and conditions to ensure profitable and mutually beneficial agreements Qualifications Skills Education Master s degree in Business Marketing IT or a related field Experience 4 to 6 years of experience in sales management preferably in the IT or technology sector Proven Track Record Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets particularly in IT solutions software or services Leadership Skills Strong leadership capabilities with experience in managing and motivating a sales team to deliver results Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence C-level executives and decision-makers Customer Focused Strong customer-oriented approach with the ability to understand client needs and deliver effective solutions Negotiation Closing Excellent negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals and secure long-term contracts Analytical Skills Ability to analyze market trends customer feedback and sales data to inform strategy and decision-making Technical Acumen A good understanding of technology products software solutions or IT services is preferred Desired Competencies Strong business acumen and strategic thinking High level of initiative and drive Ability to thrive in a fast-paced results-oriented environment Relationship-building and networking abilities Problem-solving and decision-making skills Team collaboration and cross-functional communication Working Conditions Travel Occasional travel may be required to meet clients or attend industry events Interested candidates can share CV at carees new-turn in or can whatsapp their CV at 9427479981 Thanks Regards Khushbu Ladani Chhatrala NewTurn Consultancy Services Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
