We are inviting applications for the role of Manager, Treasury Accounting
In this role we%27re looking forward you to have extensive knowledge and experience in payments and cross border payments in Bank, swift messages.
We are looking for someone with extensive knowledge and understanding of the entire TREASURY process with expertise in managing a team of TREASURY analysts. We need someone with strong operational knowledge & a proven track record of running high performing teams in TREASURY.
In this role, you will be expected to work to strict deadlines in a business environment. This role may require travelling to onshore sites for Knowledge Transfer.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to Treasury domain.
.Proven experience in Treasury Payments and Cash Management activities
.Daily banks & GL disconnect management.
.Provide effective communication between the business, banks, and the other client departments.
.Support in ensuring optimal service levels, fee structures, and compliance with global banking regulations.
.Experience in managing FX exposures, hedging strategies, and monitoring market trends affecting treasury operations.
.Ability to Support retained Treasury Leader for daily cash positions, forecast short-term and long-term liquidity needs, and optimize working capital.
.Understanding and maintenance of accurate internal controls.Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Requirements:
.CPA / BCOM / MCOM / MBA Finance with relevant Treasury experience
.Relevant years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or financial services industry, with a focus on treasury operations.
.Relevant work experience in Treasury - Cash Management
.Good Written and Verbal Communication skills.
.Good analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to handle team and client discussions

Preferred qualifications:
.Relevant Experience in reputed Captive/Outsourcing Treasury/Banking Ops
.Proficiency in ERP and treasury platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Kyriba) and managing banking portals and integrations.
.Preferrable experience of working Treasury / Cash Management Tools, MS Office: Outlook, PowerPoint & Excel
.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights.
