Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Supervisor based in Mumbai. The Interior Supervisor will oversee the execution and monitoring of interior design projects, coordinate with contractors and vendors, and ensure adherence to design plans, budgets, and timelines. Responsibilities include supervising on-site work, conducting quality checks, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and communicating updates to stakeholders. The individual will collaborate with designers and clients to translate design concepts into exceptional finished spaces. Qualifications - Proven experience in project management and site supervision, with the ability to interpret design plans and oversee execution - Knowledge of design principles, materials, and construction processes, with expertise in quality control - Proficiency in communication and collaboration, ensuring smooth coordination with contractors, vendors, and clients - Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on maintaining budgets and timelines - Familiarity with safety protocols and construction site regulations - Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred - Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, 3D modeling tools, or similar platforms is an advantage
