Key Responsibilities:
- Design Infographics & Creatives:
- Design engaging and informative infographics and creatives to communicate various messages related to funds or programs.
- Develop visually appealing assets for invites, emailers, social media posts, magazines, PowerPoint slides, and other communication materials.
- Ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines and effectively convey key messages.
- Collaborate with Teams:
- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand the message and design accordingly.
- Integrate feedback to refine designs and ensure all creative assets meet organizational goals.
- Creativity & Innovation:
- Stay updated with design trends and implement creative and innovative design techniques to keep content fresh and engaging.
- Work on complex design elements like vector illustrations, custom icons, and typography for enhanced visual appeal.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Education:
- A degree in design or related field, or prior experience working in design companies.
- Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Prior experience in the mutual fund or BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) domain is preferred.
Software Proficiency:
- Adobe Illustrator: Advanced proficiency in creating vector graphics and infographics.
- Adobe Photoshop: Expert in photo editing, image manipulation, and designing visuals.
- PowerPoint: Ability to create presentations using vector infographics, icons, and typography.
- Bonus Skills: Familiarity with other Adobe tools such as Premiere Pro and After Effects for motion graphics and video editing.
