Job Description Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Fashion Consultant, located in Ludhiana. The Fashion Consultant will be responsible for advising customers on fashion choices, providing high-quality customer service, and sharing detailed product knowledge. Day-to-day tasks include assisting customers with styling, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience, and driving sales by promoting products. The role also involves staying updated on the latest fashion trends to provide informed recommendations to clients. The Fashion Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on fashion choices, styling, and wardrobe planning. The role requires strong knowledge of current trends, fabrics, and brands, along with excellent interpersonal skills to deliver a personalized shopping experience. Key Responsibilities - Assist clients in selecting clothing, accessories, and styles that suit their personality, occasion, and budget. - Stay updated on fashion trends and provide styling advice accordingly. - Build and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business. - Coordinate with sales teams to achieve store targets through effective client engagement. - Create personalized look-books or styling suggestions for premium clients. - Provide wardrobe planning advice for events, professional settings, or lifestyle needs. - Maintain visual merchandising standards to reflect current fashion trends. - Handle customer queries with professionalism and empathy. - Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Management, or related field. - 13 years of experience in fashion retail, styling, or consulting. - Strong knowledge of fabrics, brands, and fashion trends. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Customer-centric approach with patience and creativity. - Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus. - Performance Metrics - Client satisfaction and repeat business. - Sales contribution through styling advice. - Quality of personalized recommendations. - Trend alignment in merchandising and consulting.
