Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled .Net + Blazor Sr. Developer to join our team in building modern, responsive web applications using Blazor WebAssembly or Blazor Server. This role involves working with C# and .NET technologies to create interactive UIs, integrate backend services, and deliver high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop Blazor applications and reusable components.
- Implement UI components using Razor syntax and component-based architecture.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to integrate APIs and services.
- Optimize application performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
- Conduct unit testing and debugging to ensure reliability and functionality.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Deploy and manage applications in cloud environments like Azure.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for developed features and applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in .NET development; 3+ years in Blazor.
- Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, and Razor Pages.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript interoperability.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, Git, and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with WebAssembly and Blazor Server.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with Azure services and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of SignalR for real-time web features.
- Familiarity with unit testing frameworks and TDD.
- Experience in mobile development using Blazor Bindings.

Soft Skills:

- Excellent collaboration and teamwork abilities.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
