To contribute to the overall development of Academics Students, Teachers and Curriculum and Co-Curriculum development.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience: 5-8 years

Qualifications:

- BA/MA/B.sc/M.Sc in Hindi with B.Ed is preferred.

- Previous teaching experience in a CBSE school.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Effective classroom management skills.

- Proficiency in using educational technology and classroom tools.

- Commitment to professional growth and development

Skills

- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial for maintaining clear and positive interactions with students, parents, administrators, and the wider educational community.

- Expertise in curriculum development and innovation is essential to ensure that the Hindi department's academic programs align with educational standards and foster student engagement.

- Exceptional team management skills, including recruitment and evaluation of faculty, are necessary to create a collaborative and supportive work environment.

- Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making to address challenges promptly, contributing to the overall success of the department and the institution.

Requirements

- Curriculum Development: Oversee the development, review, and enhancement of the Hindi curriculum. Ensure that the curriculum meets educational standards and addresses the needs of students.

- Faculty Management: Evaluate Hindi faculty members. Provide guidance and support for professional development opportunities. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.

- Instructional Improvement: Encourage the use of innovative teaching methods and technologies. Facilitate workshops or training sessions to enhance teaching skills.

- Policy Implementation: Ensure compliance with institutional policies and educational standards. Communicate policies and procedures to faculty and students.

- Community Engagement: Foster positive relationships with parents, students, and the community. Organize or participate in events showcasing the achievements of the Hindi department.

- Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of instruction and academic programs within the Hindi department. Implement measures for continuous improvement.
