We have a wide variety of career opportunities around the world come find yours Corporate Real Estate The Corporate Real Estate team is composed of Planning and Development formally called Design and Construction and Airport Affairs These two teams work together to secure lease spaces and manage all major construction and renovation projects at our hubs stations and city locations across the world Find your future at United Were reinventing what our industry looks like and what an airline can be from the planes we fly to the people who fly them When you join us youre joining a global team of 100 000 connected by a shared passion with a wide spectrum of experience and skills to lead the way forward Achieving our ambitions starts with supporting yours Evolve your career and find your next opportunity Get the care you need with industry-leading health plans and best-in-class programs to support your emotional physical and financial wellness Expand your horizons with travel across the worlds biggest route network Connect outside your team through employee-led Business Resource Groups Create whats next with us Lets define tomorrow together Job overview and responsibilities The CRE Strategy Analytics team is leading the way to better informed strategic decision making within Corporate Real Estate Key responsibilities include Leads a team that queries and analyzes schedule data to convert into digestible models and dashboards to be used by CRE team members to evaluate impact Prioritizes projects based on impact and timelines coordinating across business areas Directs team to use analysis findings to create stories to support financial justification for projects with the division owner helping to answer how much space we need why we need it and why now Leads a team that develops tools to streamline decision making by automating key information such as lease details costs and timelines Actively coaches and develops team members technical and soft skills Demonstrates an innovative mentality by staying aware of new developments within the technology space and identifying which new technologies to adapt to provide value to our business As this is a newer team within CRE we look to revolutionize the way the group uses data and analysis to improve decision making streamline processes and drive efficiency across the group The role will collaborate with finance CRE and network to leverage analytical skills to tell stories with data Operational schedule analysis to quantify need for new infrastructure Storytelling via presentation development to convert findings into justifications Managing and or building dashboard with schedule and real estate data Project management functionality communication with team stakeholders timeline management etc People management functionality setting goals managing performance feedback etc This position is offered on local terms and conditions Expatriate assignments and sponsorship for employment visas even on a time-limited visa status will not be awarded This position is for United Airlines Business Services Pvt Ltd - a wholly owned subsidiary of United Airlines Inc Qualifications Required Bachelor
