Role Description

This is a contract on-site role for a DSA and Python Trainer/Professor located in Pune. The Trainer/Professor will be responsible for developing and delivering curriculum on Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) and Python, engaging with students through lectures and hands-on training sessions. The role involves conducting assessments, providing feedback, and ensuring a positive learning experience for students. Additionally, the trainer will collaborate with other staff to enhance training programs and meet educational standards.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Teaching, Training, and Education
- Candidate will be teaching to a batch of 60/120 students on college campus for 2nd and 3rd year students
- Experience in Curriculum Development and utilizing innovative teaching methods
- Excellent Communication skills for effective student interaction and instruction
- Proficient in DSA and Python programming
- Relevant certifications or degrees (preferably in Computer Science, IT, or related field)
- Ability to engage with and motivate students
- Prior experience in training roles is beneficial
