Greetings from Maneva Job Title - Oracle HCM Functional Consultant Experience - 8 - 10 Years Location - PAN India Notice - Immediate to 15 Days Requirements - The candidate is expected to have 8 to 15 years of expert domain knowledge in HCM covering the hire to retire cycle S he must have been a part of at least 3 end-to-end HCM Cloud Implementations The candidate must have good working experience on Learning module In-depth understanding of HCM Cloud Learning Module its data flow The candidate should have been in client facing roles and interacted with customers in requirement gathering workshops design configuration testing and go-live Should be able to provide consulting on best-practices guidance on business processes and implementation Design and build configuration of complex requirements for Oracle Learning Understand the business requirements for Learning module and interpret them to appropriate configurations on Oracle Cloud Understand the interaction of Learning with Core HR module Conduct design workshops and create workbooks and documentation to support the system design Experience of migrating data from varied legacy systems for learning module Good understanding of Integrations HDL HCM extracts data conversion for Learning module Work with technical streams and provide guidance on integrations conversions and reports Assist in the identification assessment and resolution of complex functional issues problems Should have strong written and verbal communication skills personal drive flexibility team player problem solving influencing and negotiating skills Good leadership capability with strong planning and follow up skills mentorship work allocation monitoring and status updates to Project Manager Candidate should have the ability to perform in a dynamically changing project environment Fusion HCM Implementation PM Project Manager The candidate should have more than 12 years experience in Oracle HCM domain and should have managed at least 2 Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation Projects as a Project Manager The candidate should have excellent client-facing and communication skills The candidate should have good experience in delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud projects on-time within scope and within budget The candidate should have good experience in defining project scope goals and deliverables for a Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation Project in collaboration with senior management and project stakeholders The candidate should have good experience developing detailed project plans for Oracle HCM Cloud Implementations The candidate should have good experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting project deadlines The candidate should have good experience in coordinating with all stakeholders resources and third parties vendors for the flawless execution of Oracle HCM projects The candidate should have good experience in managing changes to the project scope project schedule and project costs using appropriate techniques The candidate should have good experience in measuring project performance using appropriate tools and techniques The candidate should have good experience in reporting project status to steering committees and stakeholders and taking feedback The candidate should have good experience in and managing escalations as needed The candidate should have good experience in identifying mitigating and managing project risks If you are excited to grab this opportunity please apply directly or share your CV at and
