Key Responsibilities 1 Recruitment Onboarding Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing screening scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records Conduct employee induction and orientation programs 2 Attendance Leave Payroll Coordination Maintain daily attendance and leave records through the biometric system Prepare monthly attendance summaries and assist in payroll processing Ensure accurate tracking of working hours overtime and leave balances 3 Employee Engagement Welfare Support in organizing employee engagement activities events and welfare programs Address employee queries and grievances in coordination with the HR Manager 4 HR Documentation Compliance Maintain and update employee personal files and HR databases Ensure timely documentation of HR forms policies and trackers Assist in statutory compliance activities such as PF ESI Bonus and Gratuity Handle PF and ESI enrolment for new employees 5 Performance Management Training Support in documentation and coordination of KRAs KPIs and performance appraisals Maintain training records attendance sheets and feedback forms 6 HR Reporting Prepare and maintain HR-related MIS reports including attendance attrition and manpower status Ensure HR SOPs forms and records are regularly updated and maintained as per QMS guidelines Required Skills Competencies Strong understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle management Proficiency in MS Office Excel Word PowerPoint Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping Basic understanding of labor laws and statutory compliances PF ESI etc Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 13 179 84 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
