Position Title: Senior Test Automation Engineer – C# Location: Bangalore Experience: 8–10 years Role Summary: We are looking for a seasoned Senior Test Automation Engineer with strong expertise in C# and modern test automation tools. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with frameworks like Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress, and should be comfortable working in agile environments with CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using C# and selected automation tools. - Implement and maintain BDD frameworks using Gherkin syntax. - Collaborate with development and QA teams to define test strategies and ensure high-quality software delivery. - Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Docker or Kubernetes. - Manage version control using GitHub, Bitbucket, or similar platforms. - Work in development environments such as Visual Studio, IntelliJ, or equivalent. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues in test automation frameworks and pipelines. - Continuously improve automation coverage and efficiency. Technical Skills Required: - Programming Language: C# (Mandatory) - Test Automation Tools: Playwright / Selenium / Cypress - BDD Frameworks: Gherkin-based frameworks (e.g., SpecFlow, Cucumber) - Deployment Tools: Docker / Kubernetes / equivalent container orchestration tools - Version Control Systems: Git / GitHub / Bitbucket / similar - Development Environments: Visual Studio / IntelliJ / other IDEs
