What You'll Do - Working closely with the Project Managers for the NAV validation and fund migration workstream to support analysis and migration activities - Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions - Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies - Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems - Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings - Performing requirements analysis - Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts - Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management - Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports. - Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements - Managing competing resources and priorities - Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects What You Will Need To Succeed In The Role - Preferable to have experience working in Fund Accounting or MSS Operations, with an understanding of NAV calculation and exception management - Knowledge of pControl, WEM, or Multifonds would be preferable, but not essential. - Strong reporting skills in MS-Office suite, JIRA, and Confluence tool. - Experience of working within large programmes / change initiatives and communicating with senior stakeholders. Knowledge & Experience - Understanding of the project lifecycle - Understanding of MSS Ops Transformation Lifecycle, Business Transformation Frameworks, methodologies, and best practice techniques - Understanding of the purpose, value, culture, and fundamentals of MSS Operations - Understanding of banking and understanding of how change drives benefits for banks, its customers, and other stakeholders - Business analysis skills and experience, including requirements gathering, prioritization, process mapping, gap analysis and agile story writing - Experience of working in a banking environment and change projects - Good verbal and written communication skills and experience in face-to-face presentation Capabilities - Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills - The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions - Advanced technical skills - Excellent documentation skills - Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills - Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations - Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook - A track record of following through on commitments - Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
