Job Description WBO:CCPH BPC CSO INTERNAL USAGE: No. of Vacancies: Reports to: CSM (BPC) or Branch Head Is a Team leader N Team Size: Grade: DM / AM Business: Corporate Centre Department: Wholesale Banking Operations Sub-Department: Location: Across India About Wholesale Banking Operations Wholesale Banking Operations Department focuses on the operational activities of corporate products viz. Current Accounts, CMS, Trade & Forex,etc. It also focuses on onboarding of customers, portfolio management and services of the corporate customers. AbouttheRole As a part of the wholesale banking operations team, Customer Service Officers (BPC) are responsible for providing over-the-counter service to fulfill the needs of existing as well as potential CMS customers. CSO (BPC) are required to handle service requests, process transactions efficiently and within the stipulated time. Key Responsibilities Ensure service delivery to CMS customers within the stipulated timelines Generate income from CMS customers Process error-free CMS transactions Cross-sell digital solution to customers viz. Paypro/Power Access/CIB Reconcile all CMS Pool a/c within the defined time Resolve customer complaints within the stipulated timelines Qualifications Optimal qualification for success on the job is: Graduate in any Discipline MBA/PGDBM in Finance /Systems/Ops Research/ Networking will be preferred Role Proficiencies: A successful candidate should possess the following: Knowledge of banking regulations and norms Knowledge of CMS products of the Bank Dealt with CMS Sales/CMS Service Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines Basic knowledge of IT
