The Opportunity
In this role, you will engage in the market as an industry expert in Talent Acquisition, focused on helping us continue building our presence and attract the best talent who can help us maintain our standards.
A key objective is to manage multiple stakeholders and devise new strategies for bulk hiring. You will be tactical and thoughtful, engaging potential stakeholders while keeping the organization's long-term strategy and operations in mind. This can only be done effectively by having intimate knowledge and experience of Talent Acquisition in the BPO space.
The Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies and plans for bulk hiring to attract qualified candidates for various positions within the organization.
- Lead a team of recruiters and coordinators, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to meet recruitment goals.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and priorities and develop tailored recruitment plans accordingly.
- To source candidates, utilize various recruitment channels and methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Oversee the candidate selection process, including scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and making job offers for bulk hiring.
- Manage the recruitment database and applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and performance indicators, analyze trends, and implement improvements to optimize recruitment processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements for recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Collaborate with the HR team on onboarding and orientation processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth organizational transition.
The Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 12-15 years in recruitment, focusing on high-volume hiring within a BPO or similar industry.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Language competency in English and regional, good communication & Articulation
- Solid understanding of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
