The Food Beverage Associate is responsible for delivering excellent guest service by providing courteous prompt and efficient food and beverage service The role ensures high standards of cleanliness presentation and hospitality are maintained across all service areas Key Responsibilities 1 Guest Service Welcome guests warmly and ensure a pleasant dining experience Present menus take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and report unresolved issues to the supervisor Ensure guest satisfaction through attentive service and a courteous attitude 2 Service Operations Set up tables buffets and service stations according to standards Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams for smooth service flow Follow billing and cash-handling procedures as per company policy Support banquet and event service operations when required 3 Hygiene Safety Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all service areas tables and equipment Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards HACCP FSSAI guidelines Ensure proper grooming uniform and personal hygiene at all times Follow all safety and emergency procedures within the work area 4 Product Knowledge Have thorough knowledge of the menu including ingredients and preparation methods Suggest and upsell menu items daily specials and promotions Stay updated on F B trends and service techniques Job Type Full-time Pay 13 500 00 - 17 000 00 per month Work Location In person
