Lead - Finance (Treasury Accounting & Oracle) | IT Services | GIFT City Location: GIFT City, Gandhinagar (On-site) Experience: 2–3 years Qualification: Graduate or MBA (Finance) Budget: Max 8-10LPA Role Type: Lead role supporting & guiding 2 junior resources Role Overview: Execute day-to-day treasury transactions and support monthly accounting and MIS reporting. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Execute fund transfers, loan disbursements, and investments. - Maintain transaction records and support audit documentation. - Assist in monthly accounting entries and reconciliations. - Prepare MIS reports and support data collation for management. - Liaise with banks and internal departments for smooth operations. - Knowledge of the bank reconciliation process and Account payable process would be an added advantage Skills & Competencies: - Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping skills. - Familiarity with accounting systems and treasury platforms. - Proficient in handling MS Office - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. - Team player with a proactive attitude
