Job Title: Lead Full Stack Developer

About the Role:

We are seeking a Lead Full Stack Developer with 7+ years of experience, including hands-on development and leadership experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise in API development, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices, along with the ability to lead a team, drive technical decisions, and ensure the delivery of scalable, high-performance applications with best-in-class code quality and security.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of developers across full-stack development projects.
- Take ownership of solution architecture, code quality, and overall technical delivery.
- Design and develop scalable, secure, and maintainable full-stack applications.
- Build reusable code and libraries to support future development efforts.
- Architect and implement data storage solutions using relational and non-relational databases, cloud storage, and APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert business requirements into technical specifications.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability through code optimization.
- Implement industry best practices for application security and data protection.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues and guide the team through debugging.
- Lead code reviews and enforce development standards across the team.
- Develop and deploy APIs using modern frameworks and tools.
- Drive CI/CD pipeline implementation and DevOps automation.
- Contribute to sprint planning and Agile ceremonies as a senior team member.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum of 7 years of full-stack development experience, including at least 2+ years in a lead or senior role.
- Strong back-end development experience using Java, Node.js, Python, or similar languages.
- Proficient in relational databases (MsSQL, Postgres, MySQL) and non-relational databases (MongoDB).
- In-depth understanding of RESTful API design and development
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployment environments.
- Working knowledge of microservices architecture and asynchronous API development.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
- Proficiency in Git/GitHub version control.
- Experience with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team collaboration abilities.
