Job Description Job Description As a Sr Lead, he/she should be responsible to understand the functional requirement and able to Lead the team. He/She will be responsible for understand the functional requirements and create the test strategy. He/She should have Facets knowledge added advantage. He/she should involved in the planning, monitoring, and control of the Functional Test activities and report the Application and capabilities and report the recommendation team and business. Prepare any risk mitigation plans in case there are any delays foreseen. Health care domain knowledge is an added advantage.Other responsibilities Is responsible to Lead the team and should be able to resolve issues within the teamShould have excellent troubleshooting skillsExceptional problem-solving skills, good communicator and strong influencing skillsManage Testing Scope, SLAs (if any), Communication, Risk & Issues etc.,Review and analyze the project requirementsCreate the test schedule (tasks, dependencies and assigned team members)Design the required test strategy in line with the scope and organization standards Skill set required 10- 14 years of Experience in Manual Testing extensively worked on Agile Methodology.Expertise in SQL, functions, proceduresExpertise in FACETS or QNxtExpertise in HealthcareTo identify the scope of the testing required for a particular release based on the requirements document.Experience in an Agile/ SCRUM development environment/processAt the outset of the project, test leaders, in collaboration with the other Developers share the details to defects details and should discuss the application issues.Understand End to End Business ScenariosUnderstand Software Test Life Cycle and associated ProcessesHold meetings within the test team to make sure everyone is aware of what the fellow team members are doing.Generate Test Reports for specific test cycles.Interact with Testing Team and other Stakeholders when requiredInteract with customers /SME's/Stakeholders for Demo/Presentation as needed.Coordinate with Automation team and help in identifying the test cases which can be automated, and which cannot be automated.May consult with other groups e.g., programmers to help them with their testing.Lead, guide and monitor the analysis, design, implementation and execution of the test cases, test procedures and test suites.Schedule the tests for execution and then they monitor, measure, control and report on the test progress, the product quality status and the test results, adapting the test plan and compensating as needed to adjust to evolving conditions.During test execution and as the project winds down, they write summary reports on test status.Generate Test Reports for specific test cycles/sprints, Consolidate and report test results to the concerned stakeholdersPerform the review of the defects and ensure that the proper defect guidelines are followed as agreed upon with the client.Should have excellent communication skills (Speaking/Writing/Presentation) Qualifications B.E/B Tech Range Of Year Experience-Min Year 10 Range Of Year Experience-Max Year 13
