A US/Canada based IT MNC is hiring for Lead Salesforce Developer. Remote Opportunity Shift Timing: 3 PM - 12 AM We are hiring Lead Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience in Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to support digital transformation initiatives in the banking sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce customization, integration, and development, with deep understanding of banking processes such as customer onboarding, lending, KYC/AML, and personalized client engagement. 80% Financial Service Cloud & 20% Marketing Service Cloud. Desirable : Marketing Cloud Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and customize applications on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud to support banking use cases (e.g., customer onboarding, loan processing, relationship management, compliance workflows). - Configure and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud for personalized campaigns, customer journeys, segmentation, and analytics. - Implement automation using Apex, LWC, Flows, Process Builder, and APIs. - Maintain scalable data models for households, accounts, transactions, and compliance data. - Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes. Required Skills & Qualifications - 10+ years of Salesforce development experience. - Proven experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Audience Builder, Datorama/Analytics). - The Salesforce financial cloud experience includes in-built features for onboarding, ticketing management, Call center management, etc. - Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs. - Experience with Salesforce integrations (Mulesoft, middleware, APIs, SFTP, etc.). - Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional, Marketing Cloud Developer/Consultant) are preferred. - Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Good to have: - Knowledge of banking processes such as deposits, loans, wealth management, compliance. - Work with business stakeholders to translate banking requirements into Salesforce solutions. - Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics for banking executives and relationship managers.
