Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations. - Facilitates skip meetings/ AHMs/ any other communication forums - Partners/ facilitates with business on important initiatives like performance appraisals, promotions, salary revisions, etc. - Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. - Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation Preferred candidate profile - Minimum Experience of 10 years - Relevant experience into HRBP - End to End Employee Life Cycle Management - Location- Baner, Pune
