Job Description

Location: Head Office, Chandigarh (with international travel, if required)

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage multiple overseas educational tours (ranging from 4 to 10 days in duration, conducted across different countries) and projects organized by Eduquest across various countries.
- Coordinate with international organizing teams, partner schools, and local stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of programs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for students, parents, and school representativesaddressing queries with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain clear communication across all channelsemail, phone, and in-personwith excellent spoken and written English.
- Prepare and manage tour-related documentation, schedules, and logistics using Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools.
- Ensure timely updates and reporting on project progress, budgets, and feedback.
- Travel internationally with student groups when required, ensuring safety, engagement, and smooth coordination throughout the tour.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance program delivery and improve the participant experience.
- Handle unexpected challenges with calm, resourcefulness, and problem-solving skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree (preferred in Education, Management, or related field).
- Minimum 23 years of experience in program coordination, travel management, or educational services.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other basic office tools.
- Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and work independently.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally as per program needs.
