Job Title: Peoplesoft Techno-functional Location: (Kolkata Merlin Infinite, Salt Lake Electronics Complex) Experience: 6 to 8 Years Employment Type: Contract to Hire Work Mode: Hybrid Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only Job Description: Complete understanding of delivered PeopleSoft payroll for North America and all steps involved in PeopleSoft payroll configuration and processing - Configure, customize, and implement new Payroll functionality/setup new HR master data as required to configure and run end-to-end payroll - Understand business requirement, develop detailed technical design, perform coding, and help production deployment - Proficient in Technical tools such as Sql, People code, Online Page modification, application designer, Sqr and Application engine programs. - Experience in create new PeopleSoft projects including pages, records and people code and have analytical skills to resolve any technical issues and errors. - Provide payroll/HR subject matter expertise, knowledge and experience with key business processes, policies, procedures, and systems as input to all applications support and development efforts - Work with payroll and HR business users to resolve functional, technical, and operational issues.
