O9 Solution Consultant

Technical/Functional Skills

Must Have

- 3+ years of experience in o9 implementation, supply chain planning, or enterprise SaaS solutions.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including demand planning, inventory management, and S&OP.
- Experience in configuring and deploying o9's Enterprise Knowledge Graph (EKG) and Data Model.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, or similar scripting languages for data transformations.
- Ability to work with large datasets, APIs, and cloud-based analytics tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on business value realization.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Additional Skill

- Experience integrating o9 with ERPs
- Understanding of AI/ML-driven forecasting and optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
- Consulting or client-facing experience in industries like CPG, Retail, Pharma, or Manufacturing.

Experience Required

- A minimum of 5 - 15 years prior experience on Supply Chain Solutions
- At least 3 to 5 years of hands-on systems configuration
- Involved in at least 2 o9 implementation projects as a o9 Consultant

Role

- O9 Solution Consultant

Responsibilities

- Lead and support end-to-end o9 implementations, including solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and o9 experts to ensure successful project execution.
- Develop and configure o9 models, planning workflows, and analytics dashboards to meet client needs.
- Define and implement data integration strategies between o9 and enterprise systems like SAP, Oracle, or other ERPs.
- Conduct user training, coordinate with change management team, and post-go-live support team to drive adoption.

Generic Skills

- Ability to effectively work with business users to ensure technical solution meets business requirements

Education

B.S/B.E/B.Tech/MCA/MS in Computer Science or Engineering
