Job Description About The Role Grade Level (for internal use): 10 Department Overview At S&P Global, the KYC Managed Services team offers technology-driven solutions to help clients address compliance challenges. We use advanced platforms and reliable datasets to deliver customizable services, including public data collection from registries, exchanges, and annual reports, as well as tailored data capture, screening resolution, and detailed profile creation. Our outsourced KYC model helps clients resolve operational bottlenecks, improve efficiency, reduce costs, and scale their operations while upholding high standards of compliance and service in a competitive financial environment. Position Requirements - Experience in KYC Onboarding and Remediation (Full Review, Risk Assessment), Outreach to clients and Screening (Alert disposition on entitles and related parties) with a demonstrated track-record supporting international clients. - Must have detailed understanding of each entity types e.g., NBFI, Corporations, General Partner, Limited Partner, Limited Liability Company (LLC), Trust, Fund, Special Purpose Vehicle, Bank etc. - Expert knowledge on various agreements and how to find relevant information from the agreements LLC agreement, Private Placement Memorandum, Limited Partnership etc. - Expertise in working on complex entity structures globally. - Expert knowledge and experience to extract relevant information from the public domain. - Must have exposure in various KYC/Screening tools such as Factiva, RDC, World Check, Lexis Nexis etc. - Expert knowledge of alert disposition related to Sanctions, PEP, and adverse media. - Experience in reviewing documents to identify any money laundering or terrorist financing cautionary flags and rapidly dispositioning them along with escalating cases. - Experience in outreach to clients. Should have very good email writing skills. - Proven track record of success in completing KYC managed service projects. - Minimum 10 years of proven experience in KYC with atleast 3 year in Team management. Must have lead a team size of 25-30 people - Excellent analytical, project management and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage conflicting priorities and communicate effectively with clients - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with a focus on quality and process. - Ability to maintain and report Key Performance Indicator (KPI) metrics to upper management. - Must be able to work collaboratively with team members, both senior and junior. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Duties & accountabilities - Lead multiple teams of 25-30 individuals to execute on KYC managed service initiatives. - Conduct quality check on profiles created by team members including KYC, Screening and Outreach - Ensure timely escalations of key risks/issues to management. - Identify and work to resolve gaps in process or project execution. - Discuss Policy and procedural changes with the client and train team members on the changes - Prepare productivity and other reports for management reporting. - Frequently interact with stakeholders such as Policy Team, Quality Control and Relationship Partners team to develop strong partnership and ensuring continuity of information flow across the groups. - Provide real time constructive verbal feedback to the team members and facilitate timely completion of engagement reviews - Support knowledge sharing efforts and continually improve processes. - Promote and embed a culture of openness, trust, and risk awareness, where ethical, legal, regulatory and policy compliant conduct is norm. - Ability to foster, develop and grow a team. - Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel - Must have excellent communication skills. - Must be willing to work in flexible shift (both UK and US).
