Work Experience
1. Full Stack Architect- 10 15yrs experience.Architecture patterns: SPA, Microservices and Serverless.Front End technologies:React/Angular/Vue, React Native.Back End technologies: SQL databases, ElasticSearch, Redis and Kafka etc.
2. Backend Developer- 5+ years of professional experience in a Software Engineering/Data Science role. Proficiency into Python, Pandas, NumPy, Sklearn, Django, Django REST, and SQL. Familiarity with PySpark, big data processing and machine learning concepts and their application.
3. Frontend ReactJS- 4-7 years of experience in the development of User interfaces for Modern Rich Internet Applications. 5+ years of experience in agile methodology-based product development, and product release. Strong proficiency in modern front-end frameworks like ReactJS, Angular, or Vue. React JS is preferred.
4. QA Testing- Overall 11+ years of quality engineering experience including people management.Hands on experience with functional, non-functional and automation of products.
5. Product Managment- 8-12 years experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Manager, or equivalent. Experience working with international teams while navigating and respecting cultural nuances; strong people skills to lead collaboration across functions and organizations.Experience in the Pharmaceutical space is a mandate.
6. Engineering Manager- 10-15 Years of experience working in IT and at least 3-5 years as an Architect. 2+ years of experience in agile methodology-based product development.Hands-on experience in Python, Django, Reactjs, Microservices (All Mandatory).
7. QA ETL DWH Testing- 8-12 yrs of experience.Experience in ETL / BI Testing, using any ETL and Reporting Tool with Oracle / SQL Server / as Database.
