Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales Assistant to support the real estate

sales team in managing client interactions, scheduling site visits, maintaining documentation,

and coordinating with internal departments. The role is essential in ensuring a seamless

customer experience and assisting in the smooth execution of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team with day-to-day operations including handling inquiries,

scheduling site visits, and follow-ups.

Coordinate with clients for meetings, documentation, and site visits.

Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system and ensure all information is

accurate and up to date.

Support in the preparation of sales materials, presentations, and property brochures.

Handle basic customer queries and redirect complex ones to the appropriate team

members.

Assist with sales event planning and on-site coordination.

Help process booking forms, KYC documents, and post-sales paperwork.

Track leads generated through various channels and ensure timely follow-ups.

Ensure a welcoming experience for walk-in clients and provide basic property details.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

13 years of experience in a sales support or customer service role, preferably in real

estate or a related sector.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM tools.

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently.

Customer-centric attitude with a willingness to learn.
