Company Description eka care is a digitally enabled and connected healthcare ecosystem that prioritizes health management Our platform allows users to manage their health records and monitor their health vitals and provides an easy-to-use and secure experience Approved by the Government of India eka care is dedicated to improving health outcomes Role Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Marketing Sales Interns to join our team The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with patients at partner hospitals educate them about our application and assist them in scanning QR codes to book their appointments and other benefits of the app This hands-on role will provide valuable experience in healthcare marketing and direct patient interaction Key Responsibilities Visit partner hospitals and healthcare facilities to promote our application Approach patients in waiting areas and other relevant locations to introduce them to our app Educate patients on the benefits of using the application for booking appointments and managing their healthcare Assist patients in scanning QR codes and guide them through the appointment booking process Collect feedback from patients regarding their experience with the app and report any issues or suggestions Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for increasing app downloads and user engagement Maintain a professional and empathetic demeanour while interacting with patients and hospital staff Track and report daily interactions and app downloads to the marketing manager Qualification 10th 12th Pass Currently pursuing a degree in any field Preferably Marketing Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable interacting with patients in a healthcare setting Basic understanding of mobile applications and QR code scanning Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and a willingness to learn Location B D M govt hospital SDH District Hospital - Kotputli Benefits Gain hands-on experience in healthcare marketing Opportunity to develop communication and customer service skills Networking opportunities with healthcare professionals and marketing experts Certificate of completion and potential for future opportunities with Eka care Join us in revolutionising the healthcare experience for patients and making a real impact on their journey to better health We look forward to welcoming you to our team Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 14 000 00 per month Application Question s Are you okay with the salary between Rs 10 000 to Rs 14 000 per month Are you comfortable travelling to DH Phalodi District Hospital - Phalodi Location Phalodi Rajasthan Required Work Location In person
