Position Names: Traders Business Managers Relationship Managers Country Managers Job Purpose: We are building a strong team for our forex trading platform, focusing on India and Dubai markets. We seek experienced professionals who already have an established client book and clientele. The main objective is to drive sales growth, client acquisition, and IB (Introducing Broker) registrations through proactive business development and client relationship management. Key Responsibilities: Bring in new clients and grow the platform’s active user base. Leverage existing client networks and books of business to generate deposits and trading volumes. Acquire and register Introducing Brokers (IBs) to expand our sales network. Develop and manage relationships with high-net-worth clients, traders, and institutional partners. Work closely with management to design and implement sales and client acquisition strategies in India. Monitor client activity, provide after-sales service, and ensure long-term retention. Deliver on monthly and quarterly sales targets, volumes, and revenue goals. Stay updated on forex trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory frameworks in relevant markets. Qualifications & Experience: Proven track record in forex brokerage, trading, or financial services (minimum 2–5 years). Strong client network with the ability to bring immediate business. Experience as an IB, RM, BM, or Country Manager in the forex industry is highly desirable. Deep understanding of forex trading, CFDs, commodities, indices, and gold trading. Familiarity with IB/affiliate structures, rebates, and commission models.
