Job Description We are searching for a highly creative and skilled Content Creator / Junior Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is a pivotal position with a clear growth path toward a Senior Marketing role. The ideal candidate will be a creative powerhouse, capable of producing engaging multimedia content and managing our overall public profile across various digital platforms. Key Responsibilities 1. Multimedia Content Creation & Design Video Production: Lead the creation and editing of dynamic video content for social media (e.g., Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) and websites using popular editing applications such as CapCut or other professional video editing software. Graphic Design: Execute high-quality graphic design tasks required for daily social media posts, advertisements, and digital campaigns, ensuring brand consistency. Creative Strategy: Proactively research market trends, review competitor content, and generate innovative content angles and ideas to increase audience engagement and reach. 2. Digital Marketing & Public Profile Management Social Media Management: Fully manage and maintain our company's public profiles across key platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Content Drafting & Scheduling: Craft, schedule, and publish all content, including text, images, and videos, ensuring materials are tailored to the tone and audience of each platform. Industry & Competitor Analysis: Conduct thorough research on different businesses, industry scopes, and similar competitors to fully understand each project and create relevant, impactful marketing material. 3. Written Content & Website Development Content Drafting for Web: Utilize excellent English writing skills to draft clear, compelling, and SEO-friendly content for new websites, both for our company and for our clients. Newsletter Management: Oversee the entire company newsletter process, including: o Drafting engaging, informative newsletter content. o Managing subscriber lists and coordinating delivery. o Analyzing performance metrics Qualifications Experience & Skills Proven experience as a Content Creator, focusing on both video and graphic design. Demonstrable experience using mobile or desktop video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.) is required. Demonstrable experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva Pro) for creating social media graphics, posts, and marketing materials. Exceptional proficiency in written English with a strong portfolio of writing for websites and/or marketing materials. Experience in managing and growing business profiles on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Knowledge & Abilities Highly creative, with a track record of suggesting and implementing successful new content ideas. Ability to conduct effective market research to understand business goals, target audiences, and competitive landscapes. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple content projects and deadlines simultaneously. A self-starter who can work independently to meet content calendar objectives.
