Role Head - Fundraising Remote Experience 10 years Salary Up to 44 LPA 24 LPA Fixed 20 LPA Variable About the role The Head of Fundraising will be a senior results-driven leader responsible for establishing and driving the overall fundraising strategy This role is crucial for securing financial resources to sustain and scale the organization s unique educational initiatives particularly the large-scale government advocacy and implementation model Key Responsibilities 1 Strategy Goal Achievement Define clear targets for overall fundraising and donor acquisition CSR institutional individual Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy to ensure long-term financial stability and expansion of the programs Actively track and monitor fundraising KPIs to ensure goals are met 2 Donor Acquisition Relationship Management Lead the full cycle of donor outreach onboarding and engagement Utilize enterprise sales skills to engage high-level stakeholders philanthropists and corporate partners to secure large-scale funding Conduct compelling presentations and meetings to promote the organization s mission and innovative educational initiatives Oversee donor relationship management ensuring transparent accurate and timely reporting to maintain strong engagement and trust 3 Internal Collaboration Management Collaborate closely with the program team to ensure fundraising narratives and activities are fully aligned with organizational goals and program impact Manage complex budgets related to fundraising and ensure financial reporting adheres to all compliance requirements Lead all internal and external communication efforts related to fundraising and donor interaction Desired Qualifications and Experience Experience 10 years of progressive experience in fundraising enterprise sales or a related field Core Expertise Proven success in enterprise sales preferably with a focus on the NGO or philanthropic sectors Fundraising Track Record Prior successful experience in fundraising especially for large-scale educational initiatives or programs involving government partnership is highly desirable Educational Background A degree in Business Social Sciences Education or a related field is preferred Preferred Skills Knowledge of rural education and skill development programs Experience in managing complex budgets and financial reporting Familiarity with the national education policies and ecosystem in India Soft Skills Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to build trust with high-level stakeholders - Hiring Note Applications will be reviewed on rolling basis This job is first posted on Oct 10 2025 on For any questions or status update ping us on WhatsApp Chat helpline 91 8058331557
