Ashoka Provision store Haridwar is seeking a dedicated and reliable Retail Supervisor to join our team We pride ourselves on providing our community with quality products and excellent customer service Job Title Retail Supervisor Location Ashoka Provision Store Haridwar Uttarakhand Responsibilities Team Management Supervise and motivate a team of retail staff Schedule staff shifts and manage timekeeping Provide training and guidance to new and existing employees Resolve staff conflicts and address performance issues Customer Service Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally Build and maintain strong relationships with regular customers Inventory Management Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed Ensure accurate stock rotation and minimize wastage Conduct regular stock checks and audits Maintain a clean and organized stock room Shop Operations Oversee daily shop operations including opening and closing procedures Ensure the shop is clean tidy and well-organized Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records Ensure proper product placement and displays Sales and Promotion Implement promotional activities and sales strategies Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement Assist in creating and maintaining product displays Qualifications Proven experience in a retail supervisory role preferably in a kirana or grocery store Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of 1 inventory management and cash handling procedures 1 jobs smartrecruiters com jobs smartrecruiters com Basic computer literacy Ability to read and write Hindi and English Familiarity with local customers and their needs Must be reliable and punctual Preferred Qualifications Experience with billing software Local Resident of Haridwar Salary Competitive salary commensurate with experience How to Apply Interested candidates are requested to submit their resume and a brief cover letter in person at Ashoka Provision Store or contact 7500310962 during shop hours Job Types - Pay 16 000 00 per month Benefits Work Location In person
