We are Mumbai Based Caretaker provide agency where we hire caretaker. No need of experience. Also no education required, also we provide stay and food by company. Very highly urgent requirement. Also we provide training. Key Responsibilities Patient Assistance Help patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting. Assist with feeding, ensuring patients follow prescribed diets. Support patients in mobility, including walking, using wheelchairs, or shifting from bed to chair. Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of isolation. Hygiene & Cleanliness Maintain patient’s personal hygiene with care and sensitivity. Keep the patient’s living area clean, sanitized, and organized. Change bed linens, clothes, and assist in preventing bedsores through repositioning. Medical Support (Basic, Non-Clinical) Remind patients to take prescribed medications on time. Monitor vital signs such as temperature, pulse, blood pressure, or sugar levels (if trained). Report unusual symptoms or changes in patient’s condition to nurses or doctors. Assist in transporting patients for medical check-ups, tests, or therapy sessions. Nutrition & Meal Support Prepare or serve meals as per dietary instructions. Ensure patients drink enough water and remain hydrated. Support feeding for patients who cannot eat independently. Safety & Comfort Ensure patients are comfortable, properly positioned, and safe from hazards. Prevent falls by supporting movement and using mobility aids appropriately. Provide timely assistance during emergencies and inform medical staff immediately. Emotional & Social Care Engage patients in conversation and recreational activities. Provide reassurance, encouragement, and positive interaction. Respect patient dignity, privacy, and cultural or personal preferences. Coordination with Healthcare Staff & Family Communicate patient updates to nurses, doctors, or family members. Follow instructions from medical professionals regarding patient care routines. Support families in understanding patient needs and offering guidance. Required Skills Compassion & Empathy Genuine concern for the well-being of patients. Ability to offer emotional comfort along with physical assistance. Communication Skills Clear and patient communication with patients, especially elderly or disabled individuals.
