- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse business needs.

- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to the CRM system.
- Ensure the integration of MS Dynamics 365 CRM with other business applications.

The Successful Applicant

A successful MS Dynamics 365 CRM professional should have:

- Strong understanding of CRM customisation and integration processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
