Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Work with the Associate Creative Director - Art, and other team members to develop creative concepts and ideas for advertising and marketing materials
- Develop visual concepts, designs, and layouts that meet clients&apos requirements and objectives across multiple channels
- Present concepts and designs to clients, taking feedback and making revisions as needed
- Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and other team members to create cohesive and effective campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations in design and advertising
- Prepare and deliver final artwork files to printers and other vendors
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of visualizers across 4-6 brands
- Ability to drive conceptualization on briefs so that the involvement of an Associate Creative Director - Art is minimal
- Manage the creative process from concept to final delivery, ensuring that deadlines are met
- Ability to manage teams workload by delegating tasks efficiently and be a supervisory point of contact for the team of visualizers

Requirements:

- A bachelor&aposs degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
- A strong portfolio of design work that demonstrates proficiency in design software and creativity.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- 5-6 years of relevant experience preferably in a creative advertising agency/set-up
- Proficiency in leading a team of visualizers
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and take direction from an Associate Creative Director - Art
- Attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management and time management skills

Preferred:

- Experience working in an agency environment
- Experience with digital media, including social media, email marketing, and web design
- Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite softwares
- Experience leading a team of 3-5 visualizers
