Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day site activities, ensuring work execution as per drawings, specifications, quality, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and laborers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor and manage resources such as manpower, materials, and machinery efficiently.
- Ensure timely completion of project milestones as per schedule.
- Maintain site records including daily progress reports, material usage, and work measurement.
- Assist in preparing bar bending schedules, measurement sheets, and work bills.
- Conduct quality checks for concrete, steel, shuttering, finishing works, etc.
- Ensure compliance with IS codes, company standards, and safety norms.
- Resolve site-related technical issues in coordination with project managers and consultants.
- Communicate effectively with the project team, clients, and management.

Key Skills Required:

- Strong technical knowledge of construction methods and standards
- Proficiency in reading drawings and specifications
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and project planning tools (preferred)
- Good leadership and team coordination skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Willingness to work at project sites across Tamil Nadu

Qualifications

- Bachelor&aposs degree in Civil Engineering
- 1 - 3 years of civil engineering experience related to site design, land development and land use permitting
- Experience with AutoCAD
- Strong organizational, analytical, communication skills and design skills
