- 8+ years of proven experience within Agile development and familiarity with Scrum practices.
- 8+ years of experience with the following technologies
- PHP tech stack
- React JS
- JavaScript (JS)
- AWS
- MongoDB
- MySQL
- Web API's - Designing and implementation along with UI work.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred:

Experience with HCM development side (domain knowledge or HCM experience)

Experience working in Zend framework

Day to Day:

- Working on a HCM products in Full Stack environment such as PHP Symfony, React.js & Angular.
- Developing clean, well-designed, highly maintainable code and services to create or extend the functionality of HCM products.
- Collaborating with product managers, developers and stakeholders as part of a cross-functional team to deliver product features and functionality
- Analyze production environments, incidents and performance characteristics in order to improve existing features & systems and plan new ones.
- Working with Docker, Jira, GitHub, Elastic search & Redis.
- Working with Scrum agile methodology.
- Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance APIs
- Exceptional written communication skills, facilitating effective remote collaboration.
