TIDA Sports is a premier sports training facility dedicated to nurturing athletic talent and promoting a healthy active lifestyle We are committed to providing world-class coaching and training programs in various sports including skating Position Skating Coach Responsibilities Coaching Develop and implement comprehensive skating training programs tailored to the individual needs and skill levels of athletes from beginners to advanced Skill Development Teach essential skating techniques including balance coordination speed and agility Athlete Development Foster athletes physical mental and emotional growth through personalized coaching and mentorship Safety Ensure the safety and well-being of athletes by following established safety protocols and providing appropriate supervision Competitions Prepare athletes for competitions by providing targeted training and guidance Team Building Promote a positive and supportive team environment among athletes Communication Maintain effective communication with athletes parents and the coaching staff Administrative Tasks Assist with administrative duties as needed such as scheduling equipment maintenance and reporting Qualifications Proven experience as a skating coach or a successful competitive skating background Strong knowledge of skating techniques rules and regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively with athletes of all ages and skill levels Passion for skating and a commitment to developing young athletes Pls note that we ll be providing accommodation to the outstation candidates Job Type Full-time Pay 8 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Experience total work 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
